Is it too much to ask...

Union Station is a beautiful building, and arguably even more so at night.

But when you are in Patsaouras Plaza waiting for a bus at 11:30 p.m., and the bus should have been there at 10:45, it's not the best place to be.

Would it be too much to ask Metro to put a phone in Patsaouras Plaza? After all, every Metro Rail station has one.

I guess I could run down to the Gold Line platform or the Red Line station and use the phone there, but then if the bus came I would miss it.

And for anyone saying, "Just call 1-800-COMMUTE," it's obvious you haven't tried it at that hour.
